| Thought it'd be interesting to know how many of you are up to date with their site formatting. |

I voted css always. I do not know why people still go with tables while css is smaller footprint, quicker, easier and you really can change design anytome without toching the content. Tables are just out people. _________________ Soccer Forum

I try and use CSS always, but I sometimes find I need to employ a table here and there
maybe I'm just lazy... _________________ get help with emarketing at the email marketing forum

I use both. While div makes HTML much cleaner, I often find it a bit difficult to get everything done using div. _________________ Travel News Online College Degree |

Now use CSS for 99% of things I do, no need at all for tables _________________ PooQ - www.pooq.co.uk

As per Jimbo's statement.
Once you have a solid grasp of CSS, the rest is just creativity. _________________ [:: DesignerFusion.com ::] |

I think most of the time css is a must, because tables may not look good in all browsers. _________________ Paid Web Directory |Adversal - $6 CPM |

lately i have been using just css (except forums and tabular data on sites). It was a nightmare at first but really getting the hang of it now. _________________ Just a Face? - What does yours tell the world? - www.justaface.com |

All forum software use a bunch of tables in order to create rows and columns. Making XHTML compliant isn't that difficult, but replacing all tables with div/css is tough. _________________ Travel News Online College Degree |

Personally, I hate tables. They just make a site look so crowded(code view) . I would personally go with div and css.
Another con of tables is that SEs give the values inside it some less value !! _________________ Gunbound Aimbot |

Yeah, i did it once with phpbb, took a week to complete, was a lot fun to do (god i'm a geek) but it didn't look great so never used it, just felt accomplished and then removed it _________________ Just a Face? - What does yours tell the world? - www.justaface.com |

When it comes to forums, you just have to forget about the W3C compliance . Especially phpBB styles, they're so heavily bloated with tables! _________________ Gunbound Aimbot |
