Submit your site for a free priority crawl to WebWobot. (Banner in my sig will take you to the site - from there, click "Webmaster Priority Submit").
Details of our spider & how to control in robots.txt available from "Spider Information" link at the bottom of the page.

What if I have several subdomains inter-linked? Should I submit all subdomains? Should I just submit one subdomain?

All links encountered will be added to the queue, but to get your various subdomains crawled faster, you should make use of the "Webmaster Priority Submit" page for each. This way up to 200 pages of each will be crawled with higher priority.

Can we use the same email over and over in order to submit several subdomains?

Yes you can indeed!

Just remember that while my hope is to have all submissions crawled and indexed within 48 hours, there are times where things take a bit longer... I should have it down to maximum of 24 hours shortly though. (wish me luck! Laughing )
