Anyone looked into this (yet another) free service from Google?
https://www.google.com/a/
Basically allows you to offer some Google services to your users but branded from your site.
Think its a really good idea and just starting to roll out the Gmail service _________________ PooQ - www.pooq.co.uk

Google has been offering something like this for some time, but I haven't really looked into it closely. It's partly because I'm not so sure if visitors to my sites find it useful for my sites to have links to these tools. If they want to use these tools, that's fine, but I don't see why my sites need to offer these tools. Also from I understand, it's not like I can make a lot of money by offering these tools. _________________ Travel News Online College Degree |

You cant make money from the tools, but it may drive more people to your site or encourage more sign-ups which could increase the existing sites profitability _________________ PooQ - www.pooq.co.uk

I spend much time in this forum, but I also spend some time in other webmaster, seo forums. I also check webmaster, seo site, though I do it less regularly than I used to. I don't recall anyone's making a good case to offer these tools at a site to promote it. _________________ Travel News Online College Degree |

anyone know if the gtalk messenger can be branded, or do they just want you to integrate it with your site?
The gmail service is nice, but the site I would consider using it on has nearly 60k members, so I would need to use their paid service - which details haven't been announced. |

I predicted this would happen about 6 months ago, and I'm happy to see that I was right. It's a formidable tool, but I won't be implementing it until they integrate spreadsheets and writely, as well as mobile syncing via syncML _________________ get help with emarketing at the email marketing forum
