The best one I've seen is basically an Army mod. It's like Kings of Chaos (so I've heard).

The Kings of Chaos mod that you're referring to is for IPB...it's called the "Army system" I believe...and I don't *think* that there is one for vB...there are probably some RPG mods out there, but nothing nearly as extensive as the one I've seen for IPB
Very cool mod and great for gaming forums
