Challenging for a couple of reasons:
1. Broadband adaptation in US is not impressive. Also so called "broadband" isn't that broad, and this is why watching video via the internet isn't that comfortable or smooth.
2. Google needs to change user behavior a little. i.e., viewing content and clicking links is an established behavior, but watching video (in general) and clicking isn't exactly an established behavior.
2.2. (written) Content doesn't move, nor does it go anywhere. This is why it is rather easy to have ads to click on on content. However, video keeps moving; it goes to some other place in a second.

I agree but google sure thought of that and will make appropriate steps so they will still benefit from this and they will benefit a lot.

I'm not 100% sure, and quite frankly, I don't know why so many people think that Google can do anything. The fact of the matter is that Google has only one revenue source, AdWords. That's it. Also its search engine is the only product that has a substantial market share. Nothing else.

They have that business, and it's a small business compared to advertising business, i.e, AdWords.

The point is this. AdWords is what generates money, and that's really the only thing that generates money, nothing else. Companies like Yahoo and Microsoft generates money in several different ways, and it seems reasonable to believe that they have succeeded in building a couple of different models already and they have a good chance to be able to build yet another one. Google has no track record.
