If they're the minimum checks, I would doubt it. Actually, I'm surprised... dojo has been around for a while, and I thought he would be achieving the minimum every month.

I haven't reached the 100$ requirement yet, but I'm almost there! I can't wait to get that first google check. Of course it'll all go rihht back into the website, but it'll be nice to have the site start paying for itself. It doesn't cost much to run yet, but I can see that happening down the road.
I've found that position the ads near the top of the homepage works best. I don't have ads on my forums though, only the main website. I'm using the side panels both left and right and so far so good. |

With regards to positioning, check out the eyetrack research by the Poynter Institute. It tells you where people are looking at on a page.
