Legalization of heroine. Are you for it or against it? What are reasons? _________________ Travel News Online College Degree |

Totally against it, to me heroine is a dirty drug, BUT saying that all drugs are. Making such a hard drug legal is like saying society finds it acceptable, and it is in no way acceptable in my eyes. _________________ Phil

I'm really at a loss to think of one good reason to legalize heroine. Can you suggest any?

I don't know about legalization but there is a reason to consider de-criminalization. Prison population is constantly growing, and this is becoming a huge problem. Also I'm not so sure if heroine addict does much harm to the society; he/she certainly does not contribute to the society, but given the fact that law enforcement is not able to catch all criminals today (in US), I want them to go after murders, rapists and other serious criminals rather than heroine addict. _________________ Travel News Online College Degree |

Anyone addicted to drugs is fuelling drug dealing. Drug dealing definitely harms society IMO.

Hi
Addicts do harm to society, I know of a friends brother who held up a petrol station in order to get money to fuel their habit. Selling their parents possessions, stealing money from them also. Heroine is bad news and does lead to crime, also, who knows if an addict is also driving under the influence of a drug. I cannot understand at all why anyone would try this drug in the first place because everybody knows you enter a downward spiral.
Simply cannot understand what people are thinking when they first try this. _________________ Phil

Ok, how about drugs that are less addictive than alcohol? What about those drugs? _________________ Travel News Online College Degree |

Aaron | Let me correct that. "Less poisonous that alcohol", and one of examples is marijuana. _________________ Travel News Online College Degree |
