There are number of paid services targeting webmasters, and paid forum signature link is one of them. What's your take on the service? Is there any company providing this service that you can recommend? _________________ Online Education |

I am not sure that this is a good deal. Sure I will click on a link in someone's sig if I think that person is a reputable person. However in terms of SEO or even traffic I don't think that they are worth very much.
The traffic that you will get is probably not very "targeted" which will not return very many conversions.
If you are looking to simply get indexed, sure the SEs will follow the links and if they link your site they will add it to the index, but that is it. You are better off taking that money and putitng it toward a directory submission service, at least the links that you would get from that will last a lot longer. _________________ Webmaster Blog | Free forums | Free Hit Counter |

Forum signature links are pretty interesting. A lot of webmaster say that they don't do much. Yet I'm pretty sure that a lot of webmasters do care about forum signature links. Case in point. Half of my forums make forums signature links visible to search engines and half of them don't. It seems that webmasters like forums that make forum signature links visible to search engines. Coincidence? I think not. _________________ Travel News Online College Degree |

I agree that they do something, however paying for them in the short term will help you only in the short term. If you spend the same money on directroy links then that will help you out for the longer term.
However if I am going to be posting on the forum I want to have my links viable to the guests that are visiting the forum. The reason being that one of them may agree with what I have posted and then visit my site, that then adds another potential customer to my sites.
I just don't think that you will get the conversions or the SE ranking that you might expect from signature link advertisements. _________________ Webmaster Blog | Free forums | Free Hit Counter |

I wouldn't pay for it because like what was said above, I can do better for free and save my money for something else at the same time _________________ Website Reviewer - Reviewing the best sites on the internet. |

| I agree, forum signature links are good for SEO but not worth paying for them. |

I think that depends on the person posting and the price. If the person posting posts often on large forums then you could generate a lot of traffic. Anyone have a link for these type of services? _________________ Jordan

I found a service offered by a freelancer, but ... it was closed. I'm pretty sure that there are other similar services. _________________ Travel News Online College Degree |

I have a fair number of signature links, but I can't say that I am getting a lot of traffic because of those signature links. Also once signature links get buried deep inside, what'll happen? _________________ Travel News Online College Degree |
