I was browsing the internet for SEO software last week, when I came across one which was completely free. I was shocked to say the least because usually those who write niche software usually tack on a hefty price. I tested this software out, and I have to say that I was very impressed with the quality of the advice and analysis it offered for my websites.

Give Web CEO a shot. Its completely free and they don't bog it down with any restrictions or ads to purchase a bettter version.

The premium versions will sift through your competitions websites to and provide tips to beat them to ensure that you will attain a higher ranking.

I ask about various BBS in various forums periodically. vB is by far the most popular one. phpBB is also very popular, but many people dislike phpBB for variety of reasons. MyBB is a tricky choice, though it may have nice features; it's not the most popular or second most popular. If I were to start a new forum, I'd choose something more popular.

However, MyBB needs more people trying, and using it to gain popularity. phpBB puts off many people, particularly webmasters and forum owners.
MyBB has a lot to offer - if you want vBulletin but can't afford the price tag, then MyBB is the way to go in terms of features and support.
