Like search directory submission service. Let's say that I charge you $3 for one search directory submission. Something like that.

Oh yes the problem is that you really don't know if all directories will accept your submission ... the only way is if you know the owners and share part of your revenue out of this submission service

As in submitting other sites to a directory as a service? That's an excellent way to make money off of lazy people, but most people that are serious about making a decent website aren't lazy, so there's not that much of a market.

I'm not 100% sure. Observe post exchange for example. How many people post prolifically and keep their forums growing? Not many.

If you don't post on your own forum, you're not serious about your website.

Got agree there 100%, though I don't post as regularly as I should in a couple of my forums.

I somehow feel that too much posting in your own forum kinda makes everything "taste too similar". I much prefer to exchange posts more and have a much for interesting "post soup" in the end.

I agree to a large extent, but I think it's critical for you to become your best member initially. Also pragmatically speaking, it's rather hard to cumulate a bunch of posts while you don't post so often.

How much can you make?

Quite a lot, really... I've done the service at a rate of £90 per hour in the past.
