Aaron | I am not 100% convinced, either. However, I also feel that there are times you kind of have to spend money to find out. I feel like I need to spend some dollars ... _________________ Travel News Online College Degree |

I would be very careful. What would spending $500 on a hired poster actually get you...? A lot more members all of a sudden? A load of people clicking on AdSense...?
I'm not so sure.

Aaron | I'm starting to accept the fact that forum needs to make posts everyday in order to become active forum. $500 can ensure that some posts are made everyday. Hopeful outcome is that there will be active forum after several months. _________________ Travel News Online College Degree |

I agree with the premise.
But...
$500 can ensure some posts are made everyday, but for how long?
You might get regular activity, but what happens when you want to stop spending, and that regular participation stops. I wouldn't be too certain that the new "natural" members would act as a sufficient substitute, and I am very unsure as to whether you'd ever get your investment back.

OK... regardless of whether it's 1, 3, 6 or 12... I still personally have reservations. Let me know if you do this and how you get on... and, of course, good luck!

Aaron | Timing is kind of tricky. I finally made the initial payment last week to start working on India thingy that I mentioned to you about a while ago, and ... I will need to make a couple of more payments and move around my money. That takes priority, so ... I may not be able to try this out for some time. _________________ Travel News Online College Degree |

Aaron | 1. So, I made the initial payment to get the necessary administrative work started.
2. I received the report from the contractor, and I have been reviewing. We exchanged several emails so far.
3. He will email me a couple of documents for me to fill out and sign this week.
3.2. I need to make a couple of administrative changes.
4. Once documents are signed and reviewed, I need to set up a bank account.
5. Incorporation (in India).
6. And ... some more administrative work _________________ Travel News Online College Degree |

Aaron | 3 months from now hopefully. That's the timeline I'm looking at, but ... I can't be 100% sure.
Hopefully my contractor is providing me a legitimate service
Hopefully incorporation takes place without any problem
Hopefully I will get a work visa without any problem
To be honest, I can't help being a bit anxious. _________________ Travel News Online College Degree |

I am not surprised you're anxious. I was actuallyl going to ask just that... how you felt about it all... it's a big move and I would imagine you're feeling a mixture of excitement and trepidation.

Aaron | I'm not being anxious about moving, but I'm being anxious about getting all these administrative work done. Also you can probably understand how cumbersome, tedious and troublesome things can get when you need to go through a government agency or two. I actually feel nauseated when I think about it. I hire a lawyer, a business consultant or both to get these done, but ... I don't enjoy working with a lawyer or a business consultant. My contractor seems like a nice guy, but ... it surely doesn't feel like chatting with a bartender or dance instructor. _________________ Travel News Online College Degree |

Are you ever tempted to back out and do something else, or is that really not an option?

| The thing too is these forum posters might even use a sort of generic template and they edit it somewhat to the forum they are posting on this way the posts are pre-made which saves time and effort. |
