I guess it has potential but I've not tried it that much. I notice in CJ that some of the best performing ads in terms of EPC seem to be gambling related.

I'm not against gambling morally, but I have some reservation personally. Gambling is not 100% legal in US, and there is a great debate about online gambling. I don't want to do anything legally questionable.

It may work but gambling is the new Porn, lots of money being thrown around when the subject is still not completely legal...... And making money in gambling sites is completely different from other types of sites.

Slightly-off-topic:
Porn is 100% legal, though some new rules and regulations for internet porn sites are considered.

Online gambling is also 100% legal in most countries.
However like I said it is not an easy market to crack. I think that the only way that I make money with online gambling is in the poker rooms. Not doing too bad actually.

Not in US though. After all, US consumers are the biggest consumers in the world today, so if it's not 100% legal in US, then that's a major problem.

This is true, which is why I think that unless you really know what you are doing you should stay away. Even having your site that is promoting online gambling hosted on a server in the US you can be charged.
However since I am Canadian, I doubt that I would be extradited if I did plan on running a gambling site
