Rule 1: You cannot make two consecutive posts; you need to wait until someone else posts before you post again.

Rule 2: Make sure to use at least 20 words.

Rule 3: If you break Rule 1 or Rule 2, then you will lose.

Rule 4: He/she who makes the last post will win the game ...

May the force be with you ... Let's begin ...

I am unsure what I am supposed to do here. Is this posting about whatever we want or do you need to follow some sort of subject?

You can post anything here. You can talk about your sex life if you want, though I'm not terribly interested in Smile . You can also talk about favorite movies, books, etc. You can also talk about your a** h*** boss/customer.

ahh, ok. I get it now. I will just have to see what I can think up. I am sure I will stop here ever so often to talk about something. I like off topic areas Smile

Yeah, exactly. As long as you keep talking and making sure to use 20+ words in each post, you're in. If you forget the rule and make one word post like "lol", you lose.

Did anybodys feelings get hurt on American Idol this week on the vote off? Personally I didn't, I am not in to it. My wife is though.

I'm not too crazy about any TV program, but from what I understand most winners (all?) are from US southern states? Some commentator was saying that a lot of people like the idea that a young man or woman from a small good old American town gets to the top. Do you agree?

Hmm... what should I talk about? Hey, can I use lorem ipsum filler text? Anyway, I don't like television that much, I'm on the computer too often. Does anyone here like chess?

Used to play chess, and I picked up number of books to study. I also recorded games to analyze my games. Never really played at any tournament though for variety of reasons. I stopped playing for variety of reasons.

My brother is a chess champ. I only played him twice and that was all I needed to decide not to ever play him again.

There is a world of difference between those who know how to play and those who do not know. Many people apparently think that it's about having good memory and reading the potential next moves, but that's not so. One analogy I I use is this. You sit in front of piano, and you can punch keys to make sound without knowing anything about playing piano; does it mean that you how to play piano? No, absolutely not. The different between those who know how to play chess and those who do not know is like the different between those who play piano and those who just punch keys.

My 9 year old cousin beat me at "Minesweeper Flags" on MSN Messenger games. Now I try not to play that game at all.

Unless you take games very very very very very seriously, you will not be able to beat young people in modern (video) games. When I play consoles like Xbox, I even struggle to find the right key to make the move that I want to make.

Not sure wether he has had more experience playing games, or his reflexes are sharper... or both. I only enjoy those quiz type games like Buzz [http://www.gamespot.com/ps2/puzzle/buzzthemusicquiz/index.html]
