Is it a good way of working? It's sad, it looks like this site isn't maintained anymore. I get all sorts of errors when I try to run searches, and when I try to upload an avatar, and so on. Oh well. To answer your question, altyfc, yes, I use freelancers. In my time I've used guru.com, rentacoder.com, some "lancer" site like sitelancer.com or scriptlancer.com, and a few others. I'm not even sure they're all around still anymore. But what I do know is that I only wanted to use freelancing sites that had an escrow service. I did NOT want my funds released until I approved of the project. There are some real losers out there, so getting to review the work and say "not up to spec" was pretty important to me. I was generally happy with the results. I never took the lowest bidder. I only hired the ones that had the best mix of good portfolio, good PM or task-list for my project, and good price. That seemed to work out. The only time it didn't work out, I didn't have to pay.
