I have recently received a letter from the Domain Registry of America, asking me if I'd like to switch and renew my domain name to them. I'm not familiar with this company. It says, they send out a letter to all the domain name holders, as they are part of the http://www.icann.org. Just checking whether they are a safe company to trust, and if they as they say they are.
What exactly is the Domain Registry of America about?
Help would be much appreciated |

Think I got one of their letters. Personally I wouldn't trust them. They are IMO trying to trick people into changing who they use. Some won't notice that renewing via them is actually switching.

I thought as much, they didn't even reply to my straight forward e-mail. It says on their site, that they always reply as they have peple responding to them 24 hours. Thanks. |
