Buying high page rank links is the fast and right way to display on search engines first pages? if your answer is yes then where can i buy links?
How many links should i buy for a pr 0 web site to display on search engines first pages?

It's not that simple. There are so many factors at play... first pages for what search terms? Remember, the Google algo is forever changing so, even if there was an answer, it probably wouldn't be the same answer by the time you acquired those links...
